Hey,
I was playing on ">>99<< Oldmen DK Ranked". I've played on it alot this passed week because it had good games and admins. But today teams were a bit unbalanced (GDF had won canyon and sewer very quick) and vulcano wasn't looking good for the strogg. At one point I had asked to rebalance the teams, and even called a vote (which ofcourse FAILED). A few minutes later this other player asks the same thing. I then respond: "There's an admin on the GDF team, he can balance the teams, but he doesn't. So don't even bother".
Then a player from the GDF team tells me that some strogg are doing stupid things like planting charges on deployables when the controls still need to be hacked. I agree with this player and say: "... we have all the idiots who don't know what to do, and you don't = unbalance".
After this statement I get muted without any warning what so ever. This ofcourse is a major pain in the butt because now I can't call for medics, support, apt's,... This all, ofcourse, makes my frustration grow.
Hoping the mute would be cleared the next campaign I kept playing. But it didn't.
The next campaingn the admin was on my team (I don't remeber his name). At some point (we had already hacked the ShieldGen) he runs me over with the titan. Normally I wouldn't complain, but because I was frustrated I pressed F1, a few minutes later It happens again and I press F1 again.
Suddenly I find myself back in the main menu with a little box saying I was PERMANENTLY BANNED from the server ">>99<< Oldmen DK Ranked".
So without any warning, the guy never said a word in the chat, I got BANNED. If there was a problem (I don't know what it could have been), why didn't he warn me? Without doing anything wrong I've lost one of the few good servers to play on. It seems unfair.
So I would like to ask you to remove the ban and the mute. For the record my ingame name is L3ct3r.

Hi Lecter
When we ( admins ) are on the server, we like to play the game and normaly lets the vote system decide balance.
if the vote dosen't fall out for you, an the admin change it anyhow
that wont be a good admin !! if you catch my drift 
with that said i'll see if i can find the admin, and let him answer for the reason why ?
edit 1: the server has been updated, so the ban list is gone  if for some reason you cant get in, please contact me

I just tried to get in but it still says I'm permanently banned, but i've played enough today, hope it will work tomorow.

you made up a vote it got approx. 4/10 too now. Then you got grumpy. And wrote to that's was nasty admin work and kaldte others too Idiot.  Then you got mutet, after 1 game got you unmutet again. In the next game I were driving tank in the the last 5 minuter, and you got at to proclivity your under tank. 4-5 times then i'm be unable to avoid tk. you was only on to make Trouble.

I never got unmuted, I tried to ask things the whole time and I always got a message back "server: you are muted on text" (or something like that). I don't realy understand what you are saying, but it still doesn't change the fact that at no point, you ever gave a warning or told me I was doing something wrong. Being banned without a warning is kind of harsh, don't you think?
Besides, as I wrote above, I did use the word Idiot, but you have to look at the context, I wasn't targeting 1 player or something like that. And what the admin remark is concerned, wasn't it true at that point? When one team is winning so easily and gaining XP they don't want to change teams. And most people just vote NO anyway. So in my opinion it is an admins duty to keep the game fair and fun. But if you don't think so, that's fine with me. And if my remark isn't allowed on your server, OK, it's your server, you make the rules and if I wan't to play on it I have to play by those rules. But jesus, if you don't tell me I'm doing something wrong then how can I know?

Did you even read what I wrote? I never said I didn't use the word idiot I said I DID use it. I hope you don't take this wrong way, this is not ment as an insult, but your english seems to be a bit rusty. I want this thing to be sorted out but it doesn't seem possible if you don't undestand what I am trying to say.
You don't seem to get that I think it is unfair to ban someone without giving them a proper warning about what they were doing wrong.
edit: as you can see I often edit my posts, that's because I make alot of typos

I unmute your after one game. dont know what is wrong. and what you wrote i can not remember. normal gir i one warn, but when people behave very nasty go i directly to mute/kick. mute = warn.. and if one behave nasty again gets you one kick/ban. maybe was that's too hard with ban. maybe....
That's aren't easily to get one equally team in et:qw delight people coming and go, and there are plenty of new gambler, it is not easily to get balance in team, you tried one wote which do not vent through, help that's do not to be mad and jell out on the server. Then you need to wait for next game, and see if it are begs/good.

I'm sorry but I don't understand that last part. But I'm not going to waste your time anymore. The ban is still in effect (checked 5 minutes ago), I hope it get's removed. If it doesn't, to bad for me then, but no hard feelings. I'll probably see you guys on some other server.

Again lowlevel help by i3d, not forfilling the promises made, when the server was requested.
L3ct3r, your ban should be gone, but no promises, plz let me know if the ban is still active.
Im pretty sure you still banned, but this needs to be tested.

I just tried to get on the server. It was empty, but I got in !!
I tried again to check if the mute was gone, the answer is yes.
