New overview of servers

We installed a new kind of 'Server View', with full control of the input we get from the servers. This makes the details of the servers much more accurate, and gives a chance to point out special features of the servers.

A big thanks go to Makro, the maker of this code. Again this couldn't be possible without great programmers sharing their work. You can visit makros homepage Here. Very few adjustments has been made to show the servers we got.

Thanks also goes to [.]Van_Dragen for being an inspiration in troubled moments.

I did find the on/off switch for colored names on ET-servers... colors are now ON.
